DexGlove Shipping & Returns Policy

At DexGlove, we create professional-grade hand protection for Canadian tradespeople who work in extreme conditions. Our Arctic Titan PRO Kit is engineered to perform at temperatures as low as -30°C. We stand fully behind our products and guarantee their performance when used correctly.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery: Canada-wide & continental U.S., 3–5 business days standard. Remote locations may take longer.
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Costs: Orders under $75 CAD: $10 flat. Orders $75+ CAD: free standard shipping.
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery. DexGlove is not responsible for lost packages after shipping.

TRIPLE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE – ARCTIC TITAN PRO KIT

We are confident our gloves will perform. If the Arctic Titan PRO Kit fails to keep your hands warm at -30°C when used exactly as instructed in the included Cold-Weather Playbook, we will issue a refund up to triple the kit’s price.

To submit a claim:

Report Promptly: Email sales@dexglove.com within 14 days of the issue.
Provide Evidence: Include a photo of the gloves in use, live temperature reading, date, and location.
Confirm Correct Use: Acknowledge the gloves were used according to the Playbook, including proper layering and activity.
Return if Requested: DexGlove may request the kit for inspection; return shipping may be required.

Important: All verification decisions by DexGlove Quality Team are final. Claims not meeting the protocol or caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care are void.

NO-RETURN POLICY

DexGlove does not accept returns for change-of-mind, preference, or sizing errors.

All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or mis-shipped items: DexGlove will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Store credit may be offered at DexGlove’s discretion for special cases, but cash refunds for non-defective items are not permitted.

Rationale: Gloves are personal protective equipment. Allowing returns for change-of-mind introduces hygiene risks and abuse potential.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for defective or mis-shipped products are permitted only if stock is available.
Change-of-mind exchanges are not permitted.

WARRANTY

Lifetime Seam Shield (PRO Kit): Covers seam failure under normal use. Photo evidence required.
1-Month Warranty (Other Products): Covers manufacturing defects only; abuse, misuse, or abnormal wear is excluded.

DexGlove reserves the right to update this policy at any time; your purchase is governed by the version at checkout.
